On Thursday 28th of September – The Digital Enterprise Business Support Programme will launch it’s next strand of business support for businesses based in the Leeds City Region. The launch event will take place at the Life Centre, Bradford and will include a full day conference entitled ‘Marketing the Art of’.
Businesses attending the event, will not only be able to find out about the full support on offer, but will also get access to a full day of innovative digital marketing themed workshops, be able to network with other businesses and meet a wide range of digital and technology suppliers and business support organisations.
So what is the Digital Knowledge Exchange?
The Digital Knowledge Exchange is a key component of the Digital Enterprise business support programme offering entrepreneurs and managers access to knowledge, expertise and advice on deploying digital solutions to help them develop their business. As a result of participating in the programme, businesses will become much more aware of how to use digital channels and solutions to grow their business and will become more confident about making an investment in the most appropriate digital solution/s that supports their development goals and aspirations.
What will a business have access to on the programme?
Once registered, a business will have access to their own account and will be able to take part in a free digital audit, which covers no less than 14 different themes. Once a business has completed a short self assessment, our Digital Advisor Mel Coupland, will spend time reviewing various aspects of a businesses online presence and will create a bespoke report with recommendations on what a business can do next. Which could include attending one of our upcoming digital or technology focused events, accessing mentoring from our pool of specialist digital champions or receiving resources in the form of best practice content and guidance, webinars and live Q&As.
How do I sign up for the Programme?
A business can register any time by heading to http://digitalenterprise.co.uk and clicking the green ‘Check Eligibility’ button. Following a few eligibility questions a business will be presented with the business support programmes they are eligible to join. To join the Digital Knowledge Exchange Programme simply click on that option and complete the full application form. Please note a business presented with more than one choice, will need to make a decision which route they wish to pursue as they are unable to access all strands.
What is happening at the Launch Event?
The Launch event is our chance to share with you all the various elements of the Digital Knowledge Exchange as well as let businesses know about the re-launch of the Digital Growth Voucher.
