What is the Digital Knowledge Exchange?

The Digital Knowledge Exchange (DKE) business support programme is jointly funded by the European Regional Development Fund Programme 2014-2020, as well as 9 local authorities for Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership.

As a result of businesses participating in the Digital Knowledge Exchange, businesses will become much more aware of how to use digital channels and solutions to grow their business and will become more confident about making an investment in the most appropriate digital solution/s that support their development goals and aspirations.

Who can access the Digital Knowledge Exchange?

All businesses will need to complete a short eligibility check before submitting a full application form. Businesses with less than 250 employees and that are based in the Leeds City Region will be able to apply for the programme. Your business could be located in; Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield and York. What can I access?

Businesses will be able to access at least 12 hours of free fully funded business support over the life of the programme, currently March 2020 – June 2022. The ideal customer journey will consist of a digital audit, attendance at our events and access to mentoring. You’ll also be able to access ongoing support and networking as part of our dedicated business community.

Really well organised event with lots of very useful information. The speaker sessions were inspiring, motivational and very instructive.  And business big or small would benefit from the wide range of information given.  I also found the speakers to be very upbeat and spoke in a way which helped less informed people benefit from the talks

Phoebe Metcalfe – 2020 Perfect Vision Ltd

Great in-depth look into Google Analytics and how to best use all the data that Google give you access to – an eye-opener! Easy to access venue and amazing food!

Hayley Gray – Gifts for a Girl

Absolutely satisfied.  Each mentor gave us valuable information.  Loved the mentoring day, so happy with the help, I just need to implement it now!

Sarah Agar-Brennan – Love Bomb Cushions
Managing Director

Incredible, expert advice.  Personal, straight to the point, incredibly valuable.  Brilliantly organised, friendly.  Just Superb!

Katie Greenhalf – This Film Production

This was a very good value process which has given me a number of key steps I can follow through on. Mel obviously spent some time completing the audit and the follow-up phone call helped a great deal. I would pay good money for this service.

Andrew Turner – With An Expert

I thought that the content would be quite light touch given that the audit was free but it was actually really fantastic.  I not only got some useful insight into our future digital development I also got some information to help future-proof the business. The follow up by Mel a few days after receiving the survey was a nice touch – I got to ask questions on any areas I was uncertain but more importantly I got some clarity on what I should do first

Glyn Welsby – SCM Turbomotive Ltd
Managing Director

The audit was straightforward to complete, and the action plan was clear. I’ve already attended workshops relating to the outcomes of the audit.

Julie Sykes – RedYellow Marketing

The Digital Audit questionnaire was easy to use, and the feedback was very thorough. The feedback is explained in such a way that makes it easy for me to know what I need to do next.

Melissa Mountford – Melon Holidays
Managing Director
