Day 3: Customer Centricity

The festival concludes on Day 3 with a focus on Customer Centricity. We will explore customer-centric practices and learnings from both the private and public sector, that not only help fuel business growth and the success of products and services, but can inspire current (and future) digital professionals to put customer centricity on their priority list.
