The Digital Knowledge Exchange service is our solution to help tackle the knowledge and information gap that SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) owners and managers face when investing in digital technology to grow and develop their business. The service will focus on a range of digital topics including digital and social media, cybersecurity/digital resilience and a range of other topics. We plan to run an online survey over the next few months to ask our readers/visitors about the digital business topics that they would like us to include in the new programme.
We also aim to include webinars and mentoring support to newer businesses that need extra support to boost their confidence and knowledge on a variety of digital solutions to boost their business.
