This phase is also about building the right digital habits. Encourage regular use of your systems, ensure processes are followed consistently, and create a culture where data informs decisions rather than guesswork.
With these foundations in place, you’re better equipped to grow. You can respond more quickly to opportunities, understand your customers more clearly, and operate more efficiently.
